Why were you prescribed to take these tablets? Have you had some serious problems or what? You haven’t stated much so I can’t see where the problem really is, is it the brown discharge that you have had for 4 days? If this is what is bothering you, I can write a few lines about that. So the brown discharge that occurs before the period could be just the natural spotting, it can happen due to diet, stress or even when you are on a birthcontrol. Are you?
Also, this is totally natural just in front of your period, you produce brown discharge and soon afterwards the regular period follows up.
Also, there is the possibility that it can be caused by some STD, have you ever had some of these, or been with a partner who had them?
If you have itch, then you could have candidiasis, an infection caused by bacteria candida albicans. You just have to see your gyn anyways.
