I am 59, female. I have had very irregular menstrual cycles all my life. I bet I haven't had them more than I have. Last one was about 12 yrs. ago. I am heavy person that has resently lost 50 lbs. Shortly after I started having cycles again. Dr. did the simplest of vaginal cancer exam and found nothing. Now towards the end of my period I am having brown vaginal discharge (clots). Should I be concerned about any part of this?
