Hi, I had an abortion about 4 months ago and depo shot right after it. I've been experiences a brown discharge and cramps for the past whole month but didnt have time to go see a doctor. The shot is suppose to work for 3 mons, i had sex beginning of last month and was just trying to make sure that I dont get pregnant again, I went ahead and took the morning after pill. That was just a month ago. Im wondering if that has anything to do with the discharge. And when will I start getting my normal period again?
Okay you know that depo provera injection gives you a 3 month protection from pregnancy and if you had sex after that it was a good decision to take the morning after pill. But if it happened within these 3 months then you shouldn’t panic as you were still safe. Have you ever got another depo injection? If not yet, are you planning to?
