just recently i noticed discoloration on my scrotum and on the base left side of my penis. i dont recall hitting anything or being hit in that area, but a section of my scrotum is purple. it doesnt hurt and there is no swelling. what is going on?
How are you treating your testicles and penis during masturbation? If you are rough on them, it is highly likely that you will experience bruising.
How often does it happen to you that you don’t get relief from sexual tension? If you get excited and all that blood that has filled your genitals doesn’t go away because you haven’t ejaculate, you may very well experience swelling and bruising of the testicles. The whole experience is pretty painful as well. But I guess this is not your case considering you don’t have any pain. Pain is the main sign of the problem.
If the bruising doesn’t subside or if you start experiencing additional symptoms, or the bruising becomes chronic I would see a doc if I were you
