Hello. I'm 37 year old mother and I don’t know what to do with my son. He is fighting all the time with his school mates and this represents a big problem to me.
Just yesterday, he came home crying because he had a little fight with some kids from school.
This happens all the time and that’s why I wasn’t so surprised at all. But this time- he could barely walk.
Supposedly, someone hit him in testicles and he came home with bruised and painful scrotum. Please tell me, is this something serious and does he need any medical attention?

Hello. I'm very sorry about your son.
Every mother has these kinds of problems from time to time although it this lasts for a long time you might want to consider to talk with some professional about possible ADHD diagnosis.
Anyway, a blow to the testicles can cause severe pain and several complications.
Scrotum is usually bruised, swollen and very painful to touch. Usually pain disappears within few hours.
If not- you need to take him to some doctor immediately because surgery may be necessary to prevent internal bleeding causing permanent damage to testicles.
