bruised testicals

about a week ago i was riding my bike trying to grind on a rail and i slipped and fell on the rail and fell onto my testicals.
and they have been bruised and feel heavy ever since.
does it just go away?

Well, it usually does go away on its own but if pain persists for a long time you may need to have them checked because often trauma can lead to bleeding and this backed up blood may lead to infections.

Testicular infections are not so comfortable but are easily treated though. Give it another week and try applying some ice packs, so that the swelling and bruises would go away sooner. Don’t apply ice directly to the scrotal skin as you may hurt the skin but rap it up in a towel or a cloth or something. If it doesn’t go away, you may see a doc to check for any possible complications.
