I’m interested in benefits of using buckwheat instead of white flour. What can be made of buckwheat flour? Is it recommended in diabetes and high ldl level? Does it have positive effects by its own or is just surrogate?

Buckweight is used in people that have adverse reaction on gluten. It contains rutin that is medical chemical and is used for vascular disorders. It is very tasteful and you can find plenty of international recipes for pancakes, noodles and groats, so called kasha. It is rich in proteins and loaded with nutrients. buckwheat is commonly used in vegetarian cuisine.
