I think that the time has come to me to start thinking about a bulking diet. I have achieved my first goal, losing fat. It also reduced some of my muscle mass, but that is okay as log as I do not have fat anymore. The second goal is in the progress building mass muscle and that is where I hope a bulking diet might help me? Are there any advices you could give me on this matter?
Bulking diet is all about being smart. People tend to make a mistake and increase their meals suddenly. Even if they are mostly based on protein, going fast from 2500 to 5000 calories a day might be contra productive and give you fat. You have to increase calories slowly, lets say 250 calories a day. That will have the effect you want. Of course, do not forget to train hard!
