bumps on back and chest related to std

Hello!
4 weeks ago I had unprotected sex – I wore condom, but it broke. Now, I have little bumps on back and chest. They are whitish, like pimples, but nothing comes out when I squeeze them. They are not “normal” pimples. Besides, I have very gentle skin for a man and maybe had few pimples in my life, especially never had them on my back. I am very afraid this might be related to some sort of STD. Do you have any idea what bumps on back and chest might be? Are they somehow related to STD?

Hello!
I think you are going to have to visit your doctor and get tested. It is very hard to say if this is STD or not. You condition should really be physically examined by your doctor.
