Hi, while having shower lately I’ve noticed two hard lumps at the top of both my testicles...the one on the left testicle is a bit bigger. What is weird is that I recently had an ultrasound and nothing like this came on the report! Is this serious, or what could it be?

Well, what really matters is did you have ultrasound before or after those lumps appeared… If had ultrasound when lumps were present you’ve got nothing to worry about. But, if those lumps appeared after the ultrasound I would recommend you to pay another visit to your dr. I wouldn’t play with mine.

| Normally the lump on the "top" of each testicle is the epididymis, which is a firm little spot. Odds are VERY slim that you happen to have testicular cancer in the same spot on both testes. I have the same thing, and Dr. said it was normal. |

| I have the same thing on both testicles, from reading what you have posted, It puts my mind at ease. I am 16 and thought that odds were pretty good of me not having cancer, although it is a possibility. The lumps are the same size and consistency, so I figure they are normal, but I will ask my doctor none the less |
