bumps or knots on my tongue, hurts when i touch it only no other problems with the tongue

i need to know what causes these knots or bumps to come on my tongue, they only hurt when i touch them no other problem in or around my mouth area but this. what's causing it and what can cure it

I think they are just little ulsars. try not to mess too much with them, they should go away soon.
