Sometimes after sex I have a dull burning in the prostate area and in the penis. It seems to only happen when I have had alcohol. It will last about 30 min to and hour, it just feels inflamed. Taking anti-inflammatory meds helps but I wonder- Is this common? Does anyone else have this experience?

since two years I have been involving burning and stinging befor
sex (ejuclation ) after sex befor passing urin and after passing
urin. even though some time during sex i practice same problem .
I went to urologyst and had many tests. for example urine culture,
sperm culture , penile test of penis,CT scan of urinary tract ,cystescopy
of urinary tract ,taking biopsy from bladder ,histopathalogy of urin
histopathalogy of biopsy which was taken from bladder .every thing
was normal except I had TB in my PCR test and I am taking anti TB
drug for two month but still I have burning sensation and stinging
after sex. now adays I feel some pain in my testis as though someone
is pulling down my testis I went to doctor again He told me that every
thing is normal you have some nervouse problem you have to go to
neurologyst. if you have some sloution please help me
