burning and redness on inner libia and vaginal entrance

Hello,

I had sex 3 times with the same partner and different times of the month. Everytime, during intercourse and after I have major burning and redness on the minora libia (inner) and the vaginal entrance. It would hurt more when he would enter his penis and with slow penetration. I've tried 2 different condoms, and we have ahd intercourse without condoms and still the same affect. I've had sex with another partner during this time and never had these symptoms and use the same condoms.
They are the only sexual partners I have had in the last 2 1/2 months. This is the first time it has happened with any partners. What causes this? Is it him or is it me.
