burning and slightly bleeding during urinating

on sunday, my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex. then, tuesday and wednesday night we did it again. now, whenever i pee, i feel alot of pain/ burning and a little blood.also there is a fowl smell. could this be symptoms of an std?
also, he puts his penis back into my vagina after having anal sex.

Ewww, do not let him put his penis back inside your vagina after having anal, your poop carries so much bacteria and nasty stuff, you can get major infections from that!! Have him wash his penis off before putting it in you again.
