burning feeling while on depo

I'm on the depo shot and during or after sex i have the most painful burn inside me. its only when im on the shot because i was on the pills also and this didnt happen. so if anyone knows anything about it, please let me know. its not kidney or urinary infection. ive been to the doctor but never found anything out.
