Hello! I am 26 years old male and I have been working out for 3 years now. For the last couple of days I have had a strange feeling of burning and fluttering sensation in my upper thigh. Could it be that I strained my muscle or something. It is really annoying.

Hi there! I had the same feeling two years ago. I went to a sports doctor and he diagnosed me with pelvic floor tension myalgia. I was also working out, so I suppose that I over did it or something. So, he gave me some anti-inflammatory drug, I don’t remember the name now, and I had to rest for some time. That was it. The pain just went away after. But this doesn’t mean you have the same problem. It would be best if you visited a doctor as well.
