burning sensation after urination and red dot on penis head

I had unprotected sex with a girl that was on the pill and swore that she did not have any infections, got herself checked at her doctor a couple weeks before we had sex and hasent had sex since. i noticed a few days later that my testicals were noticably bigger for a day and dident think much of it. two weeks after sex my testicals began aching bad on and off for about a week and alot of movement was going on in my sac. the same week my penis began burning a little whenever urinating mainly afterwards i also realized that l had a small red dot on my penis. it is between week 3-4 right now it still burns a little after urination but its only for a few seconds now and the little red dot hasent spread. its hard to finding the time to go to the doctor with school and trying to keep this from my parents so i need to know if it sounds like i have anyhing like Chlamydia ? or herpes? or if stress and worrying is just causing this

yeah,.. that's Chlamydia dude... you're right in the window and the symptoms are precise. One - Two weeks antibiotics will clear,.. but I'm telling you something very important here,... NO CAFFEINE OR ALCOHOL. Or you'll get some long term issues. Otherwise you're alright,...

oh,.. and considering the amount of people that have herpes in the world,.. which is the majority,.. to clear your mind there wait 16 weeks and do a type specific blood test. Any doc would clear this all up for you easily.
