burning sensation and odd discarge, help please!!

Ok I´m really scared and i really need advice!!!!
I´m 16 and I am in a foreign contry on vacation so I cannot go to the doctor about this. I lost my virginity about 1.5 months ago and I have been having regular sex with the same partner ever since. About 4 days ago I noticed that I had to use the bathroom very frequently´and I had a very bad burning sensation when I urinated, also my urin had a strong odor. I thought that it was just a UTI which i had had before so I was not scared. Then about 2 days ago I noticed that I had very heavy discarge. It is stringy, and some times strange brownish red clumps appear in it. It almost looks like when you have your period. The reason I am sacred is because I have a hormonal inbalence and I dont get my period very often, also I fear that I may be pregnant or somthing because I don´t always use a condom. If anyone knows what is wrong with me please let me know because I am desperate!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
go to a doctor. I don´t know where you are and where you are from, but go to a doctor. Your consulat can provide you with addresses of doctors that speak English, if that is a problem. However, there are a gazillion doctors in the world that do speak fluently English. A regular doctor does not charge a lot (30-50$). If you have an insurance that covers most of the visits.
