my baby was born end of december 2005. i was breastfeeding upto april 06 & now only breastfeed once or twice a day max. by when should i latest expect my periods to begin ? can i get pregnant again before my periods start?

Yes! You absolutely can get pregnant before your periods start back up! There have been women who get pregnant before their 6 week check up. You should see your periods soon, but still you may need to consider birth control
