I have been taking a cholestrol lowering drug called pravachol. In the past i have hard a time taking any kinds of these drugs as they caused diarrhea. I have only been taking this for about a week. I also take synthroid...allegra...nexium...niacin..and salmon oil. I am experiencing severe diarrhea to the point that i am NOT making it to the bathroom. I have never had this happen before and quit taking all the drugs..except for the synthroid and nexium but nothing has helped. It is pure water pouring out of me. I am not sure what is wrong. My daughter works in a hospital and many years ago contracted c-diff. I don't know if i have the same thing or not. Any info would be very much appreciated. This has been happening since Thursday.
