can having a bladder infection stop you from having ur period?

can a bladder infection cause you to be late for your period because i'm already 6 weeks late and on antibiotics for a bladder infection and too prego test 2 times and negative .. i also have a 7 month old son just wonder if its my body still trying to get back into normal routine after being prego.. so just wondering cause i'm getting a little worried
