Be happy with who you are. If you are wanting to lose that much weight, it takes time. Don't do anything stupid. Like they said, eat right. Cut back on all fatty foods. Drinking alot of juice helps, it cleans you out (healthy). Water, water, and more water.

This helped me lose weight. Not a full 20 lbs in a month, but after 2 weeks everyone was saying how much thinner I looked.

I did 1/2 hour of HARD cardio every day (20 mins machine bike and 10 mins elliptical). I went all out for each of them, until i was sweating a lot and panting. After that, i did like 2 mins crunches. That's all i did.

Do it every day and i SWEAR you'll see a big difference within 2 weeks. The challenge is - DONT EAT MORE than you do now. don't try to eat less, but don't eat more than your usual.

You'll feel more hungry when your metabolism speeds up. If you feel hungry in between meals, eat an apple and chug water. AVOID FOOD places like the kitchen, don't eat cuz you're bored. Lots of water (not soda) helps curb your apetite.

It's rediculously hard to lose weight and keep it off without exercise, and this plan is really short and easy. Also, cut soda and sugary drinks out of your diet. Water is boring but it doesn't have lots of calories and sugar.

Don't use laxatives, they're mostly only going to cause your body to lose fluid, which can be followed by periods of water retention and an appearance of bloating, then making you want to take more laxatives.

Don't fast for 14 days, that's like yo yo dieting, as soon as you start eating again you'll just gain back more weight than before because your body will store the food as fat not knowing when it's going to get to eat again. Just eat alot of fruit and veggies, like everyone else said, eat 4-5 small meals a day and don't eat after 6 and definitely don't drink alcohol at night either, womens' bodies store alcohol as fat overnight if you go to sleep with it in your system.

DON'T EAT ANY SUGAR, sugar is not necessary for you to have ever in your entire life so it's okay to not eat it. I eat very very little sugar, just the sugar in fruit and sometimes I'll have like jam on something if the jam only has about 5g sugar per serving. You can buy sugar free Jello, pudding, candy, power bars, etc, and they taste good.

Keep carbohydrate intake low and limited to whole wheat, so buy whole wheat bread, pasta, tortillas, etc, and try to only have carbs in one meal a day, preferably breakfast.

Take Calcium, Omega 3, the Omega 3 will help you control hunger, it works as a suppressor, especially if you're someone who craves food late at night. New studies show that calcium will help you lose weight, so you should either take calcium or eat 4 low fat servings of dairy per day, like non fat milk or yogurt, not enough calcium will actually make your body store more fat cells and cause you to gain weight or lose weight slower than you would.

If you do crave a lot of sugars and carbs late at night, it means you aren't eating enough during the day.

EXERCISE! Even if you only exercise for 20 minutes a day, you have to do it! Run, bike, jump rope, jumping jacks, or other cardio, and do that FIRST THING in the morning before you eat so that you burn what's on your body not what you've eaten. And really exercise hard, and break a sweat, nothing is easy and if you seriously want to lose weight you have to give it all you've got!

I hope that helped... If there's any questions I'll check back and answer them or you can email me at livvy614@gmail.com for a faster response.

Well I am not really sure what you can do to lose weight that works great meaning keeping it off because me I have weight problems also I have tried a few things that helped me to lose weight and yes I keep it off the only thing is I love food and cannot stick to a diet for more that a week without cheating. Anyway here are some things you can do to help you lose weight and you can keep these pounds off I still got mine keep off. 1. There is this thing called a grapefruit diet you can google search it oh yea it's not were u starve yourself u can eat a much as you want but you only eat meat and veg. oh also fruit. 2. Three day fad diet its only three days it's very low in cal so don't do it on a school day and if you only do it 2 days you can still lose at least 5lbs or more. 4. Alternate day eating was you eat every other day this is for the overweight adults not for anyone under the age of 18 because you need energy for things like school. Me personally I need to get into a gym and work out to tone up I am 5'10 and 155lbs so not really overweight but I would mind losing about 5-10lbs or so and the best way for me would be to excise because I love food to much. 5.taking apple cider vinegar before meals is another way to help with weight loss it curves up appetite so you don't eat that much at meal time and for those of you that had success with weight loss it's another good way to keep the weight off. 6. The last thing would be to drink green tea it also speeds up metabolism and helps with weight loss so your body is burning more fat. Remember never take those drugs they don't really work and can often times do more harm then good this is coming form someone who mom is a doctor. Another thing to keep in mind when dieting and trying to lose weight is that if u stay on a diet more then 3 days u will be slowing down you metabolism so the 3 day diet and alternate day eating wood be best because you will be tricking your body to think you are not on a diet and when you are. Basic you are getting fewer cal then you body is use to without slowing down your metabolism so therefore you will be losing weight.

I'm 16 and have been struggling from anorexia/bulimia for a year and 5 months now. I abuse laxatives in the process and yes, using them can help you lose weight. But, it's bad for you, painful and taking them every night wont make you lose 30 pounds in a night. Even if you do take them and want to lose weight by doing it, you cant eat after or with the pills (laxatives). I'm bulimic so I eat my food, throw up, and take the pills with water. Although, overdosing on them (if you follow my instructions on not eating after you take them) can cause you to dry-heave/ throw up stomach ache. It's extremely painful/dangerous.
