I use laxatives and lost 30 pounds. I was in poor health but it did work. |

#1 Rule: You will not lose weight Unless you actually WANT TO
I lost 10 kg in 3 months, because I decided something had to be done.
You know what is good for you. You know what is bad for you.
It is as simple as NOT EATING CRAPPY FOOD. It's tempting as hell, and its way too easy to get to, but if you want to lose weight - Just don't eat it.
#2 Rule: Excercise
Thinking about exercising doesnt help. You have to actually do something about it. Get up an hour earlier than you usually would. Go for a walk. Join a Gym. If you need motivation - Personal Trainers aren't that expensive at gyms once or twice a week - if you stop buying crappy food, you can afford it too.. |

Breakfast should be your biggest meal. I have been watching the biggest loser, and I really like Bob, he seems to know what he is talking about the most. He suggested to his team that you have carbs in the morning, and protiens for the rest of the day. This is sort of like the Summersize program (Suzan Summers). I have lost 12lbs. so far and I have been doing this for only 10 days. This is what I do: Morning: glass of water have a bowl of all bran cereal (with rice dream vanilla, it actually tastes good.) or oatmeal (cinnamon and raisons, I add my own NO sugar) Then lunch: I like to have breakfast sometimes, like, turkey bacon & eggs. I also have a glass of V-8. I sometimes have tuna with onions and celery and Mayo. mixed in a bowl and a slice of cheese(nothing processed) or whatever I feel like just NO carbs. Oh, I forgot to tell you that I walk on the treadmill for an hour, about half an hour after breakfast. I then homeschool my son, then I have lunch. Anyways, for supper I have come up with plenty of ideas. For instance, when my family is having speghetti, I have the sauce on sliced zuchinni. I do the zuchinni up in a pan with butter and seasoning(it actually tastes quite good) If you Positively can't skip the pasta, then make up your own sauce, with spices and veg. I like to put in mushrooms too. I like too add sauces to my veggies (cheese is one of my favorites) I also have at least 10 glasses of water (8oz. glasses) a day, sometimes more. NO, NO, NO, NO....you will get very sick, or have you not been reading any of these messages? Anyone that has tried it and had success in weight loss, has said it comes with a price please do yourself a favor and try the Sommersize program **** or just have carbs. in the morning only and protiens and fats for the rest of the day. Good luck.

| I know this out of experince LAXTATIVES CERTINLY HELPS YOU LOOSE WEIGHT 10 TIMES FASTER. After medical reseaches i have come to find that they have side effects yes, but still is a much faster way of loosing weight. But does not mean is the best form of lossing weight. |

| Im confused with reading this thread so im gonna try the laxatives and see if it works ill only do it a month 4 times a day and if it does all well n good if my outsides look ok the f*ck the insides. |

| I can tell you that I have a disorder. I go on castor oil binges. Basically every meal I have I take 1/8 cup of castor oil. And I lose weight. But..I only do it for two weeks and then stop. It's like having malaria or dysentery or parasites. You really do stop absorbing food. But it's dreadfully unhealthy, but it works for me. |

Laxatives induces bowel movement, the scales may indicate weight loss after a laxative-induced bowel movement, but it is false weight loss.
Its better if you go in for physical exercise and yoga, drink a lot of water to get all the toxins out of your body, and have fruits and veggies as much as possible rather than any junk food or even over cooked food. |

I AM THE MOTHER OF TWO CHILDREN, 5 3 113POUNDS I HAVE BEEN ABUSING LAXATIVES BECAUSE I AM OBSESSED WITH THE SCALE.
i DIDINT REALIZE THAT IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENATL HEALTH SO MUCH. WE CANT ALL BE SUPERMODELS BUT WE CAN FEEL LIKE ONE. I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO USE LAXATIVES THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU. |

Real models have natural fast motabilism and never need to diet. With that said, there isn't very many of us. First of all. You have to accept the DNA structure that you inherited from your family. You will look like them in stature. However, you can maintain the right weight for that stature.
Laxatives are for two purposes only. 1. To releave occassional constipation and 2. To prepare for a colonoscopy. Don't even start this...it is dangerous and it can ruin your intestines for life. It is a balance. You need to have a "thin attitude" first off. Love yourself. Soul search and really find out who you are. Once you do that, all will fall into place. DONT eat fast food. Give yourself a treat of ONCE per month if it really is a problem. If you are at a buffet and want to try more foods, take one teaspoon full each and don't eat more than the size of a loosly clenched fist. Don't eat a lot of fruit because it too can be fattening. Balance is the key. Eat more often, but eat small amounts. DONT drink diet soft drinks....adds weight bigtime and not to mention it is bad for you.
Set goals, little ones at first, then bigger ones. Start slow and soon it will be very easy. Good Luck!!! (I lost 60 pounds in 6 months without exercise) You can do this!! |
