NO YOU WONT GET AIDS WITH MASTRUBATION AS
PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH AIDS INFECTED PERSONS ALSO DOESNOT CAUSE AIDS.ONLY AIDS SPREADS VIA BLOOD TRANFUSION ,UNPROTECTED SEX OF ANY TYPE.

Your testes produce 500 million sperm per day, then are later stored into the Epididymis until the sperm is matured. So you can't never have enough sperm, only 400 million sperm is launched at a time when haveing masterbation or sex. Depending on the person it could be more then 400 million. But you'll always have sperm.
