I have a strong rhinitis and it just won’t go away. And that is not the biggest problem. I have also chronic sinusitis, so I really have breathing problems now (via nose of course). I am taking Nasonex as a therapy but I am thinking that maybe one more medication would be better. Can Nasonex and Flonase be mixed?

Both of these medications are steroids and they decrease the levels of hyperemia and congestion and they have an anti inflammatory effect. They will deal with your problems and they do not interact. But the question is, will the effect be stronger or not? I think that you should consult your doctor first, before changing your therapy by yourself.
