During intercourse I cannot last more than 2 or 3 minutes at the most. I have tried everything commonly suggested on the internet during intercourse to help me last longer. There is a random once in a while time when I can last hours on end. When I cannot last out, I always get large pressure in the tip of my penis and end up needing to pee. I believe I just have an over-sensitive penis or gland. Is there a way to naturally numb this out so I can go for hours on end all the time?
Try rubbing an anaesthetic cream onto the tip of your penis before sex. This will numb the sensation and can help you last longer. Some condoms have this cream inside to help delay orgasm. You could always try using one of these. Regards, John.
