Hello! I was wondering if somebody can help me with one thing. I am 14 years old, and my boyfriend and I were fooling around a little bit last night. I had my panties on and he had his. When it was time for me to go home, I noticed that his panties were wet. I think he pre cum. Can this make me pregnant? Please, I need to know as soon as possible. Thank you!

It needs semen and moisturized cervix and uterus to get to the Fallopian tubes where it is supposed to meet the egg. SO, there is no way that the pregnancy can occur while cum or precum inside cloths. Plus, there is no sperm in precum unless a boy hasn’t ejaculated once before and not washed his penis. But even then, there could be just a small amount of sperm.

FALSE: There is sperm in the Pre Cum!! There are countless books, articles, and pages written on this subject. You can get pregnant from your partner, even if he doesn't come inside of you, just from the little that comes out before hand. Sad mistruth!

indeed, but in this case i think the risk is extremely low

Certainly the risk is low... or non existent in this case but don't lead her to believe that there is no sperm in precum... You can get pregnant from precum.

Your odds here are nil. Don't worry hun and stay careful! should the panties come off, the condom should go on OK!

She is 14. I have a daughter the same age. No, I would not want her to be in this situation...which parent would? The reality is that it happens. This is where "it takes a community to raise a child" comes in play. This is our time to educate and not disect words and judge.
