we are trying to conceive my husband ejaculated transparent lightly colured semen(earlier its always milky colured) inside me he wasnt fully errected 1) is it safe 2)can i get pregnant with transparent semen

Yes, that semen is safe. Yes, you can get pregnant with that semen. It most likely means that he didn't have too much sperm in the semen, but you can still get pregnant on very little sperm.
