NO..

YOU HAVE TO HAVE A doctor give them! Some BC pills are NOT RIGHT forsome women, she could get very sick by taking the wrong kind.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD can help. They usually offer free or almost free services to teens, and no parental cosnent is needed.

This is an old post, but anyway, the simple answer to your question of whether or not you can buy birth control pills online is Yes - anyone can can order them online. There are many types of drugs available online, and many online pharmacies do not require a prescription.
However, does that make them safe to use? Not necessarily. If your online pharmacy happens to be outside of the U.S. (which is the vast majority that sell without a precription), then you don't have any guarantee that what you ordered is what you are getting. There are many counterfeit drugs out there which these places sell to the unsuspecting consumer. They just want your money, and they could care less what happens to you.
I agree with the advice of the above post ^^^^
She needs to see a doctor, or go to a clinic where a health professional can help to choose the right birth control method for her. In the case of the Brith Control pill, they can make sure she gets the right one. There are many types available, and many different strengths also. Not every one of the is right for every person.
Tell her to see a professional. Stay away from the online places.
