can you get gential warts by fingering?

ok me and my boyfriend was messing around a he started to finger me and he didnt have any sperm on his finger but these like little tiny tiny swollen bumps that kinda look like pimples are appearing should i be scared that i might have gential warts? i cant tell my parents they will kill me and i cant go see a doctor bcuz then they will tell my parents and they know me like all the doctors do so what should i do im to young to have a disease right now can you help me?

right i have just been to see my Gum Health..person lol and she did an examination,,,very embarrassing, but she'd seen it all before and all i did have warts but i also had thrush so she prescribed cream and a tablet for my thurst and stuff for my warts and that was it Smile
