I was wondering if it was possible to get pregnant from having unprotected sex during the inactive (placebo) birth control pills.

Nothing is 100%, SO yes it is 'possible', BUT HIGHLY UNLIKELY.

YOU ARE PROTECTED DURING YOUR PLACEBO WEEK =)
