i have been trying to get pregnant. my period is usually on the 6th of every month. i experienced some cramping in the lower abdomen on the 8 th & 9th. my period started late that night on the 9th. i usally never have any period pain but this time the cramping and pain was exruciating. i was just wondering whether it is possible that something inside of me was trying to conceve but it failed due to which i experienced so much pain??? and it was flushed out thru my period. i really thought i was pregnant. i have a healthy cycle usually 30 days with no pain at all. any suggestion

It could be that you had a very early miscarriage. It is very common
