I am 34 years old and I have to say that I am a bit concerned for my health. This is due to the fact I am not leading a healthy life and my father did suffer from arteriosclerosis. Can you prevent that condition? I know that I have to change my life habits, but is there anything else I can do?
Well, you did answer yourself correctly. Healthy life is the best prevention there is not just for arteriosclerosis but for many heart conditions. This means that cigarettes, alcohol and obesity are the main factors for developing heart issues. And once that happen, even though it is treatable, the things will just never be the same including your life quality.
