I know what’s it like when you are so busy that you don’t even have the time to think about the dieting and the piles are just piling up.
Being 44 pounds overweight at the age of 22 is really unhealthy. Certain things in the body change, not to mention the mental effects it has on our psyche.

I had the same problem a year ago. I started working 12/day and studied as well and managed to gain 25 pounds in a year. I was obsessing all the time, especially as I had sedentary work and had to sit for 12 hours.

After a year, I finally organized and started dieting and exercising.

I understand your problem because having a job, school, husband and a child and home to take care of sounds like a lot of time for everybody else but you. I wouldn’t advise you to buy some stupid online dieting pills, all of these are waste of time and money.

It would be best for you to make some lifestyle changes like don’t eat food after your daughter, don’t eat late at night, walk whenever you can, stand when you can instead of sitting. Avoid refined carbohydrates and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. It is the best way to cut down on some calories.

Since you are 44 lbs overweight at 22, you could see a doctor. There are prescribed drugs that reduce the appetite but they are not for everyone and I am not sure if you should use it but you could talk to a doctor, have a blood test done to see the measurements and see if you must reduce your weight. You may get these prescribed drugs, they do work but can’t be used for a long time because they could damage the heart. They are called Phentermine and Meridia. Please, these drugs may be found online. Under no circumstances should you get these drugs online. More than often, they are not what they are supposed to be and contain ingredients that don’t even resemble the real drug.
