can you recommend any good pilates dvd's?

Hi there, I am a 42 years old female. I would like to know if there are some interesting pilates dvd's out there. Every information would be most welcome. It would be great if you have some experiences with it personally, but it is not necessary. I want to thank you in advance for everything you write.

Hi there, I just had to answer this question. I had great experiences with" The Method Pilates - Precision Toning and Sculpting". A friend of mine tells me that Winsor Pilates from Mari Winsor is the best tape which can be found. I am not sure about that but I heard from many different females that they have lost some weight with it. But many agrees that you should first take some classes before watching the tapes because it is not good if you works some exercise improperly.
