can you recommend any natural supplements for allergies?

These allergies are killing me, really. Every spring and summer the same old story. I am so seek and tired of taking precautions of grass and flowers and bushes of different kind. Also, I dont want to use all those medications for allergy. Can you recommend any natural supplements for allergies?

I can suggest this: saline (salt water) used to wash up the pollen on your nose mucosa, grape seed extract and flavonoid compound known as quercetin. You may, also cook your allergy too, instead of going to the doctors office; you can make cure in your kitchen. Just make the spice meals and enjoy, your allergy will not have the chance.
