Hi, I want to become a vegetarian. From my childhood I was not eager to eat meat. How can you eat a little rabbit, chicken or piggy? For you is probably terrible to eat cat or dog. It is terrible for me to eat other living creatures. Can you tell me more about the vegan diet?

It is characteristic for vegans to use only plant based food. They eliminate all foods from animals including fish, milk, eggs and cheese. Because of that you may need to find alternatives for those products. For example, instead of milk you can use soy milk, rice milk or almond milk. Instead of cheese you can use nutritional yeast flakes etc.
