Hi, most lip cancers are located on the lower lip. Lip cancers are mainly squamous cell cancers, and sometimes even salivary gland neoplasm of the lip is seen. The lesion is noticed as a crusted ulceration, which can start to bleed easily. Malignant cells can be transported by blood to different parts of the body and form new colonies. So, it can spread like any other cancer. Treatment should allow patient to preserve abilities of mouth as speech, eating. In surgical treatment aim is to decrease deformities to the lowest possible level. If necessary, operation scars and marks can additionally be removed.
