cant fall asleep/ tired all day pattern problem

Im awake by 5am -5days a week because of my job. even tho i know and understand i have to get up early i wont be tired enough to get to bed when my body should. I wont usually and most lately go to bed till like 3am.
I get bout 3hrs a night....I dont take naps during the afternoon, although sometimes ill pass out in the afternnon when im home from work cause im so tired. Im lathargic during the day and alert in the evening.
