cant sleep!

ok well i took trim spa last night an i really couldnt sleep when i tried to go to bed. is this the trim spa keepin me up? should i take it in the mornin instead? what should i do? im young i need my sleep. SOMEONE PLESAE HELP ME WITH THIS.
