i used to do masturbation almost everyday for last 12 or more than that years. now i am married for two years. now i am having problem of my timing. i come very first..within 15-20 second of entering into her. i was Thinking of going to see a doc. is it because of that over masturbation? should taking Medicine would help me?
please note i do whole lot of work in office and it leaves me in tiredness. is that related with the sexual matter?

you need to have controll over your PC muscle. you know how you go to pee and can make your self stop in mid stream? you are using your PC muscle to do that.

you can keep masturbating ok, but when you feel your self getting ready to cum let go of your penis and hold back the sensation of having a orgasm. wait a few seconds till the feeling is gone and start again. when you feel your self getting ready to cum again, stop and let go. by holding off you are training your body to have some restraint.
