I have question regarding cardio exercises. I am planning to lose lot of weight, so should I stick to cardio? I had accident in which I hurt me knee, so I’ve been using the elliptical trainer and bike. Any suggestion would be great. Thank you in advance.

Since you had knee injury I think you should stick to cardio, although I guess you can do
but some muscular building workouts. But first you need to go to your doctor to see what sort of workouts would not hurt your knee. I would suggest biking, running, swimming, stretching, etc.
