is plastic surgery an addiction because celebritys have too much money to spend on themselves or can a regular perosn get the addiction to it also

Addiction can happen to anyone for any number of reasons. If you want to read about plastic surgery addictions happening to regular people, pick up a copy of the newest "People" magazine. It has a big article on it that's really interesting.
