cervical conization "cone" 4 yrs ago & preg. now

I have read some disturbing articles saying that the chance for miscarriage is higher after having a conization performed for hpv/dysplasia. How much higher are the chances and what do I need to do (or not do) for prevention? The "cone" was about 4 years ago, does the length of time between that and pregnancy matter? I have never been pregnant or miscarried before. I am 26, and about 9 weeks along.
