cervical dysplasia

I was told by my gyno that I have cervical dysplasia. My friend that had gone to school for homeopathic remedies gave me a recipe for a vagpak that extracts the toxins out of the cervix and kills any growth. I was wondering if I can use tinctures instead of the raw herbs that the recipe calls for. Can the alcohol in the tinctures hurt me down there-and do you think that they would be as effective. I really don't want my cervix frozen and I'd rather do it at a more natural approach. Thank you for your time.
