I just had a baby boy and about a couple of weeks after i developed this grape sized chalazion on my right upper eyelid. I went to get it removed, which was very painfull and i am scared that i have to go again. Has anyone had it removed and then to see it come right back? (mine is not completely gone and is getting more and more red) And i had it lanced on the outer eyelid... does it heal without leaving a hole in your eyelid? Could the Chalazion had been caused by hormonal changes due to just having a baby?

Hello everyone. I'm from the Philippines. 15 years ago, I heard my auntie telling the story about a friend who was scheduled to have her chalazion removed but was told by another friend to forget about the surgery and to just do this simple procedure. It was so simple and effective (and unbelievable). Needless to say, she was cured. Imagine the money she saved from the doctor's PF, hospital bills, medicine, etc. Then I had this colleague who had chalazion. He treated it with eyedops, opthalmic ointments, and was told it would heal in a month or two. I asked him to try the aforementioned procedure and his chalazion disappeared in less than a week. My 3 year old son had chalazion last February. I completely forgot about the procedure because it was several years back. We consulted three doctors but was told to do warm compresses religiously. The lump would subside a little but all the while it would grow larger and larger. Then, the other eye started to grow chalazion also. Surgery was an option but I dont want my son to be injected anesthesia and I am financially constrained at the moment. The surgery would be minor but expensive. Last June 15 (Sunday) after going to church, I suddenly remembered about my aunt's story, plus the personal account with my colleague. Why, why, why it didnt enter my mind about it before those three consultations. I have already spent much on PFs and medicine. Still I was thankful, it must be the Lord reminding me and it was worth a try, nothing to lose. After a week, the right eye healed, and today June 27, the left eye is close to 100% healing. For those who are interested, I would like to ask for a small monetary donation before I disclose the "secret". If you think this is a hoax or scam, I wont blame you. But for those who believes and would like to try, you may email me *******

yes it probably can be caused by pregnancy becuase of over whelming stress of having the baby and taking care of it... other wise its usually just an overload of oil that cant be released.... after surgery yes there will be and indentation... after a long time it might dissapear... idn i have 2 right now and on august 15th im getting them removed but the doctor i go to has not seen many re-occurences.. after the surgery there should be a schedualed follow up appointment but if it is getting more and more red it it coming back because ive had that after getting them lanced... thats why im getting them surgically removed... hope this reply helped
