i've been married and faithful to the same lady for 20 yrs, but have recently noticed that my penis will go completely up inside of my scrotum. i have to physically pull it down to urinate etc. i am still able to become aroused, but when i am relaxing, working etc the darn thing regress into my sack. i have also noticed that since this has been occuring much more frequently than in other years, that on my shaft right below my circumsized head that i have a rash. it itches and burns, and at times looks swollen.
my right testicle feels swollen and my scrutm sack seems to be growing
i have a throbbing small pain in my right testicle.when i sit down it feels like i must open my legs wider in order to not squish my sack .what can be the problem.
