I am a 32 year old woman. I am experiencing some changes in my cycle and am unsure as to what to do. My cycles are getting shorter from 28 days to 24. They also are here for 3 days pretty heavy and then gone a full day, then return heavy for one more day and then they are gone. I am having very bad cramping, like when I was a young girl. Back then I went on the birthcontrol pill which was suppose to help with the cramping. Since all this, I have given birth to two beautiful healthy boys. why now all of a sudden do I have all these changes? It is very confusing.
