I have used !/2 the dose of chantix for a period of 1 year, as of today.
i am smoke free after a life time of addiction. I ponder the problem
of ceasing the cure. While i only took 1/2 of f the dose, and do not
smoke, ( habits are a year old, or cured 1 year) I find my concern
health based, as well as emotionally. I find the chantix to give me an
over-all feeling of "well-being". I do not want to stop taking this pill.
What are the physical effects to long term usage? I believe that It
replaces the dopomine that a cigarette would give by blocking or
flooding the brain's receptors, but what else should I be aware of?
I have started to cut the pill in half and only take 1/2 of 1 pill a day.
to begin to stop the chantix. any suggestions. any herbal suplelments
that may help/ While I do walk a lot daily, I do not know what else to do, other than exercise to help mly body learn to produce endorphines.
will this help to DE-Chantix after 1 year? |
