Hi! When did you first notice this chest pain? Do you have any other problems with meeting a new person? Does this problem occur when you are surrounded by groups of people as well.

What usually comes to your mind when you start experiencing these problems?
It could be that you are experiencing a mild form of social anxiety.

Do you have similar problems when, for example, you need to using a public restroom, eat out, talk in front of others, etc

If you could explain what is going on in your mind and body the moment you meet a stranger, it could be quite helpful to realize what is going on.

The easiest way to beat this kind of problem is to talk to someone. If there isn’t anybody in your environment who you could talk to, a professional may even be a better idea. When talking to another person, it may be easier that talking to someone you know.
